Ms. Michelle Rutledge is the troop leader for the girls here at Dillard Academy Charter School.  The Troop meets every other Thursday afternoon.

 

 

Ms. Rutledge is a great role model for our young girls.  She says that she is enjoying working with the girls at the Dillard site.  She teaches them a lot of things but the best one is how to care and respect each other.
